Job Introduction

As the primary interface for our Les Bruyères (3 Valleys) hotel guests, your mission is to ensure that our guests have a premium, fantastic experience for the duration of their holiday.   You will greet all of our guests, and communicate with them throughout their stay, in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner. If queries arise, you will sort these in the most efficient, proactive way, delighting the guests with your knowledgeable, enthusiastic attitude.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  AND TASKS

  • Bring constant enthusiasm and positivity to the role
  • Be the central point of contact & knowledge  about resort and skiing in the Hotel
  • Providing a welcome speech so the customers are informed of all resort information and products that Ski Famille have on offer
  • Be present at key customer contact times to provide information and support to guests
  • Developing and distributing resort information, ensuring Hotel notice boards are up to date and hold appropriate and relevant information
  • Organising the purchase and distribution of passes, equipment, lessons and activities
  • Taking card payments and making accurate records
  • Running an après event on at least one night for our hotel guests
  • Airport Transfers
  • Represent the company in a professional, well-presented manner always in compliance with the company uniform policy
  • Find prompt, effective and efficient resolutions to any guest issues 
  • Facilitating excursions and events for our guests to enjoy
  • Supporting the front of house when needed
  • Work closely with the hotel senior management team to deliver the best guest experience
  • You will work proactively to ensure that improvements in the guest experience are found and delivered throughout the season

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

  • Previous excellent customer service experience 
  • Passion for the mountain environment and skiing.
  • Personal Qualities: confident, friendly, assertive, approachable, positive, enthusiastic attitude, energetic, resilient and hard working
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) 
  • A proactive approach in looking for efficiencies in both processes and procedures while maintaining our standards
  • Motivated to provide excellent customer service
  • Adaptable people who have a flexible attitude towards work
  • Excellent organization and presentation skills
  • Ability to excel when working  alone and as part of a team
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Fluent English and a good level of French would be an advantage
