Chalet Host
Job Introduction
Chalet Host - Ski Famille and Ski Vertigo:
Our Chalet Hosts are key to delivering fantastic, memorable holidays to all our Ski Famille and Ski Vertigo guests, from our youngest to oldest! You will be responsible for a chalet and all that it entails, cooking and delivering delicious food and upholding exceptional cleaning and housekeeping standards.
Our guests look forward to returning from a day on the slopes to a well presented meal in a beautiful clean, well maintained chalet; your skills, ability and attention to detail can make their holiday and ensure that guests return year on year.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident ‘home cook’ to demonstrate their experience and love of food to a wide age range of customers. You will be well presented, highly organised and comfortable working under your own initiative to manage a kitchen and ensure meals are cooked and presented to a high standard. You will also take great pride in the cleanliness and general upkeep of your property.
You will work with Resort Managers and Resort Chalet Managers to deliver our product. You will be expected to undertake chalet stock takes for all goods including food and cleaning products and to manage your stock control and minimise unnecessary spend and wastage.
Our chalets sleep between 6 and 30 guests. We generally work on a ratio of approx. 8 to 10 guests per chalet host. If you wish to spend the winter working with a friend or partner, this would be a great job to apply for.
